MyFitHabit Platform
By using or accessing the FitHabit platform, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.
To use the FitHabit platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the services under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.
FitHabit offers a comprehensive fitness ecosystem. This includes personalized fitness programs, instructional workout videos, progress-tracking tools, and subscription-based premium access to exclusive features and content designed to help you reach your health goals.
FitHabit offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis, which may include a free trial period. All transactions and payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle unless explicitly canceled beforehand. If you are on a free trial, charges will automatically apply once the trial period expires. Please note that subscription pricing is subject to change, but we will always provide you with prior notice before any price adjustments take effect.
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds after a subscription is activated. Exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of the FitHabit management team on a case-by-case basis.
As a user of FitHabit, you agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security measures, or share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals. You also agree to use our workout routines responsibly and in accordance with all health and safety guidelines.
FitHabit provides fitness-related information, but it does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional or doctor before starting any new fitness programs. By using this platform, you assume all risks and liabilities associated with the workouts and physical activities provided.
All content available on FitHabit, including but not limited to workout videos, user interfaces, program designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of FitHabit. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any content or materials without obtaining prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of our terms, or any misuse of the platform that harms our community or services.
FitHabit is not responsible for any personal injuries, direct or indirect data loss, or service interruptions that may occur while using the platform. Use of the service is strictly at your own risk.
We utilize Razorpay to process payments securely. While we ensure that transactions are handled properly on our end, FitHabit is not liable for any service issues, downtime, or security breaches originating from third-party processors.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
FitHabit reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
